Registrations for both conferences are handled through a single registration page. You may choose to attend either one or both of the meetings.

Deadline for the conference registrations is 22.5.2017.

We have pre-reserved accommodation at hotel Holiday Inn Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre located near Pasila station and the Finlandia Park Hotel near Käpylä station. You will receive details on how to book accommodation after registration. Please note that the deadline for the hotel registrations is 22.5.2017.

Abstracts

Please, send your plain text abstracts to nordics-info@helsinki.fi

We ask you to provide us the following information with your abstract:

• Title
• Names and affiliations of the authors.
• Abstract text. Abstract that fits to a single A4 is preferred.

You should also indicate which meeting the abstract is intended for and whether the presentation is oral or poster.

Deadline for the abstracts is 26.5.2017.
